Harrison City Council meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM. These meetings are televised "live" as they happen on Time Warner channel 4. They are replayed on Channel 15 Mondays at 11:00 PM and on Channel 17 Sundays at 3:00 PM.

The Harrison Planning Commission meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM. It too can be seen "live" on channel 4. It is replayed on Channel 4 at 7:30 PM on 4th Tuesday. It can also be seen on Saturdays at 6:00 PM.
